1 ) 3 (a) [a] Inserted by the Indian Ports (Amendment) Act, 1916 (6 of 1916), S. 6(i). [Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2),] in each of the ports mentioned in the First Schedule, such port-dues, not exceeding the amount specified for the port in the third column of the schedule as the 3 (b) [b] Substiluted for the words 'Local Government' and tor the Words 'Gazette of India', by A. 0., 1937 (1-4-1937).
