SECTION 73 : General provision for disobedience of orders Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of any regulation, rule or bye-law or any order made thereunder for the contravention of which no penalty is hereinbefore provided, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
