Section Text

1) thereof, and after sub-section (1) as so numbered, the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely: "(2) On and from the date on which the Finance Bill, 2005 receives the assent of the President, the sum which shall be paJ$ from and but of me Consolidated Fund of India into the Contingency Fund of India under sub-section (1) shall stand enhanced to five hundred crores of rupees.".
