Section Text

SECTION 7: Amendment of S.17 of the Income Tax Act, 1961), in clause (1), after sub-clause (vii), the following sub-clause shall be inserted, namely- "(viii) the contribution made by the Central Government in the previous year, to the account of an employee under a pension scheme referred to in section 80CCD;".
