Section Text

1) The Board may, by a resolution passed in this behalf, delegate to the President, Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer or Health Officer, subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the resolution, all or any of its functions under clause (b) of sub-sec.

(5) of (S.290), (S.168), (S.170), (S.175), (S.167), (S.263) and (S.264).

(2) The civil area committee may, by passing a similar resolution, delegate subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in such resolution, all or any of its functions to the Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer or Health Officer.
