Section Text

a) fails to comply with an order issued under this Chapter within the period specified therein or whilst an order prohibiting him from re-entering a cantonment without permission is in force, re-enters the cantonment without such permission; or (b) knowing that any person has, under this Chapter been required to remove from the cantonment and has not obtained the requisite permission to re-enter it, harbours or conceals such person in the cantonment, shall be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and in case of continuing offence with an additional fine which may extend to five hundred rupees for every day after the first during which he has persisted in the offence
