Section Text

1) When any decision of a Board has been referred to the Central Government under sub-sec.

(2) of (S.56), the Central Government may, after consulting the General Officer Commanding-in- Chief, the Command, by order in writing.

(a) direct that no action be taken on the decision; or (b) direct that the decision be carried into effect without modification or with such modifications as it may specify.
