Section Text

1) A member removed under clause (b) of sub-sec.

(1) or under sub-sec.

(3) of (S.34) shall, if otherwise qualified, be eligible for re-election or re-nomination. (S.34) (2) A member removed under clause (c) or clause (d) of sub-sec.

(1) of shall not be eligible for re-election or nomination for the period during which, but for such removal, he would have continued in office.

(3) A member removed under sub-sec.

(2) of (S.34) shall not be eligible for re-election or nomination until the expiry of three years from the date of his removal.
