Section Text

o substitute a new section for this section to confer this power also on the civil area committee and to bring within its scope written permissions. It is also proposed to confer on the Board or the civil area committee the power to.cancel or suspend a licence or written permission in a case where the licence or written permission has been secured through misrepresentation cr fraud. - Gaz.
