SECTION 30: PENALTY FOR BREACH OF RULES - Any regulation or rule made under section 28-orsection 29-68[may direct that a person contravening such regulation or rule shall be punishable, in the case of a first offence, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees, and in the case of any subsequent offence, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees shall be substituted.]
