Section Text

In the principal Act, after section 25, the following section shall be inserted, namely:--

"25 A. Power to make regulations.- (1) The Board may, with the previous approval of the Central Government, by notification make regulations, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, to carry out its functions.

(2) Every regulation made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before each House of Parliament.".
