THE FOREIGNERS ORDER, 19481

PREAMBLE

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 (31 of 1946), and in supersession of the Foreigners Order, 1939 and of all notifications amending the same, the Central Government is pleased to make the following Order:--
