Section Text

In section 54 of the principal Act,-

(a) in sub-section (3), for the words "complete specification", occurring at both the places, the word "application" shall be substituted;

(b) for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) A patent of addition shall not be granted before grant of the patent for the main invention.".
