Section Text

In section 28 of the principal Act,-

(a) for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- "(4) A request or claim under the foregoing provisions of this section shall be made before the grant of patent.";

(b) sub-section (5) shall be omitted;

(c) in sub-section (6), for the words, brackets and figure "Subject to the provisions of sub-section (5), where", the word "Where" shall be substituted.
