Section Text

The Mulki Rules, except in so far as those Rules relate--

(a) to appointment to any First Schedule post; and

(b) to appointment to any Second Schedule post for the purpose of filling of a Telengana vacancy,

are hereby repealed, but such repeal shall not affect the validity of any appointment previously made in pursuance of those Rules.
