In section 33AC of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (4), for the words "such sale proceeds", the words, brackets, letter and figure "so much of such sale proceeds which represent the amount credited to the reserve account and utilised for the purposes mentioned in clause (c) of sub-section (3)" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 2004.
