In section 73 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1), for the words and figures "section 4 of the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act, 1958 (43 of 1958)", the words and figures "section 3 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (47 of 1999)" shall be substituted.
