Section Text

(1) The1[State] Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that the1[State] Council shall maintain a register of dental hygienists or a register of denial mechanics.

(2) The provisions of section 35 shall, so far as they may be made applicable, apply in respect of applications for registration in a register referred to in this section.
