THE APPRENTICES ACT, 1961

[Act, No. 52 of 1961]

[12th December, 1961]

PREAMBLE

An Act to provide for the regulation and control of training of apprentices1[***] and for matters connected therewith.

Be it enacted by Parliament in the Twelfth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
