Section Text

Except when the deductions are made under sub-sections (1), (2) and (4) of section 28 or sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 29, the total deductions from the pay and allowances of an officer or1[sailor] shall not exceeded in any one month one-half of his pay and allowances for that month.
