Section Text

The Agriculturists' Loans Act, 1884 (12 of 1884) In section 4, after Sub-section-section (2), the following subsection shall be inserted, namely: -- "(3) Every rule made by the State Government or a Board of Revenue or a Financial Commissioner under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before the State Legislature.".
