Section Text

Section 20 Penalty for drunkenness, or riotous or indecent behaviour in public Whoever is found drunk and incapable of taking care of himself or is guilty of any riotous or indecent behaviour in any street or thoroughfare or in any place of public amusement or resort, and whoever is guilty of violent behaviour in any police-office, shall be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty rupees, or to imprisonment, with or without hard labour, for a term not exceeding fourteen days.
