SECTION 69: RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES OF BENEFICIARY˜S TRANSFEREE. Every person to whom a beneficiary transfers his interest has the rights, and is subject to the liabilities, of the beneficiary in respect of such interest at the date of the transfer.
