Code telegram means a telegram of which the text is composed of- (a) artificial words, or (b) real words not used with the meaning normally assigned to them in the language to which they belong and consequently not forming intelligible phrases in one or more of the languages authorised fur telegraphic correspondence in plain language, or (c) a mixture of real words and artificial words. Artificial words constructed for the purposes of this rule shall not contain the accented letters.
