SUCCESSION ACT, 1925 SUCCESSION ACT, 1925 39 of 1925 An Act to consolidate the law applicable to intestate and testamentary succession. Whereas it is expedient to consolidate the law applicable to intestate and testamentary succession; it is hereby enacted as follows :- PART 01 PRELIMINARY SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE This Act may be called the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
