SECTION 14: PROHIBITION OF TRANSMISSION BY POST OF CERTAIN NEWSPAPERS No newspaper printed and published in British India shall be transmitted by post unless the printer and publisher have made a declaration under Section 5 of the Press and Registration of Books Act, 1867, and the publisher has deposited security when so required under this Act.
