Section Text

In the Central Excise Act, in section 9, in sub-section (1), after clause (bbb), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:--

"(bb) contravenes any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder in relation to credit of any duty allowed to be utilised towards payment of excise duty on final products.".
