SECTION 07: WAREHOUSING OPIUM The 14[State Government] may, by notification published in the 15[Official Gazette], declare any place to be a warehouse for all or any opium legally imported, whether before or after the payment of any duty leviable thereon, into the territories administered by that Government, or into any specified pan, there of, and intended to be exported thence. So long as the declaration remains in force, the owner of all such opium shall be bound to deposit it in that warehouse.)
