SECTION 76: ABETMENT OF OFFENCES Any person subject to naval law who abets the commission of any of the offences specified in Sections 34-to74-shall, whether the act abetted is committed or not in consequence of the abetment, and where no express provision is made by this Act for the punishment of such abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for that offence.
