SECTION 04: FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS TO APPLY TO PERSONS SUBJECT TO NAVAL LAW WITH MODIFICATIONS The rights conferred by Part III of the Constitution in their application to persons subject to naval law shall be restricted or abrogated to the extent provided in that Act.
