SECTION 84: STATE GOVERNMENT MAY ESTABLISH OR LICENSE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ASYLUMS The State Government may establish or license the establishment of asylums at such places as it thinks fit 47[if it is satisfied that provision has been or will be made for the curative treatment therein of persons suffering from mental diseases.]48
