SECTION 18: PROTECTION TO PERSONS ACTING BONA FIDE UNDER ACT No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or person in respect of anything in good faith done or intended to be done under, or in pursuance of the provisions of this Act.
