SECTION 14E: PENALTY FOR NON-COMPLIANCE OF UNDERTAKING If any person released from arrest on an undertaking given by him under section 14D-fails to comply with such undertaking, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
