Section Text

2), with effect from the 1st day of June, 2003 -

(a) in clause (i), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- "Provided that no notice under this clause shall be served on the assessee on or after the 1st day of June, 2003;";

(b) in the proviso below clause (ii), for the words "no notice under this sub-section", the words, brackets and figures "no notice under clause (ii) shall be substituted.
