35 of 1987) (hereinafter referred to as the Expenditure Tax Act), inSection 3-, in clause (1), for the words "two thousand rupees or more per day per individual", the words "three thousand rupees or more per day" shall be substituted with effect from the 1 st day of June, 2002.
