FINANCE ACT, 1963 FINANCE ACT, 1963 13 of 1963 28th April, 1963 An Act to give effect to the financial proposals of the Central Government for the financial year 1963-64. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :-

1) This Act may be called The Finance Act, 1963.

(2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, sections 3-,6-,7-,9-,11-,12-,13-and21-shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1963.
