Amendment) Act. 1949.the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944-,the Khadi and Other Handloom Industries Development (Additional Excise Duty on Cloth) Act, 1953, andthe Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act,1957 All these amendments were incorporated in those Acts. *[This Act has been repealed byFinance Act, 1966]
