Section Text

1) The96[State] Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, direct that the96[State] Council shall maintain a register of dental hygienists or a register of dental mechanics.

(2) The provisions of section 35 shall, so far as they may be made applicable, apply in respect of applications for registration in a register referred to in this section.
