Section Text

a) any recognised dental or dental hygiene qualification shall be a sufficient qualification for enrolment in the appropriate register of any29 [State];

(b) no person shall, after the first registers arc compiled under this Act, be entitled to be enrolled in any register as a dentist or dental hygienist unless he holds a recognised dental or dental hygiene qualification or as a dental mechanic unless he has undergone training which satisfies the prescribed requirements referred to inSection 12-.
