Substituted for the words 'two successive sessions and if before the expiry of the session in which it is so laid or the session immediately following", by the Arms (Amendment) Act, S. 16(b) (w.r.e.f. 22-6- 1983). ARMS RULES, 1962 G.S.R. 987, dated 13th July, 1962 1.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sees. 5, 9, 10, II, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 21 41 and 44 of the Arms Act, 1959 (54 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :
