Substitutd for the words "sixteen years" in sub-cl, (i), "a term of not less than six months " in sub-cl. (ii) and' "Code of Criminal Procedure. 1898" in sub-cl, (iii) respectively by the Arms (Amendmentl) Act (25 of 1983), S. 5(a), (b) and (c) (w.r.e.f. 22-6-1983).
