a) when and so long as it is necessary to stop such supply for the purpose of executing any work under this Act, (b) when and so long as any field channel by which such supply is received is not maintained so as to prevent wasteful escape of water therefrom;
(c) when and so long as it is necessary to do so in order to prevent the wastage or misuse of water otherwise;
(d) when and so long as it is necessary to do so in order to supply in rotation the requirement of other persons entitled to the supply of water;
(e) when and so long as it is necessary to do so diminution in the supply of water in the irrigation work due to any natural or seasonal cause; and (f) within the periods fixed from time to time by the Divisional Irrigation Officer of which due notice has been given in the prescribed manner.
