SECTION 30: SIMULTANEOUS REQUISITIONS If requisitions for the surrender of a fugitive criminal are received from more than one foreign State34[********* *], the Central Government may, having regard to the circumstances of the case, surrender the fugitive criminal to such State35[* * *]as that Government thinks fit.
