Section Text

-A person shall not be qualified for appointment as Seed Analyst unless he,- (i) possesses a Master's or equivalent degree in Agriculture or Agronomy or Botany or Horticulture of a University recognised for this purpose by the Government and has had not less than one year's experience in seed technology ; or (ii) possesses a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Botany of a University recognised for this purpose by the Government and has had not less than three years experience in seed technology.
