Section Text

1) The 39 [Central Government] may, by notification in the 39 [Official Gazette] prohibit, from a date, and for reasons, to be specified in the notification, all persons or any specified class of persons from emigrating to any specified country from the territories under the administration of any State Government or any specified part thereof, for the purpose of unskilled work.

(2) Every notification issued under this section shall be laid before 40 [* * *] 41 [parliament] as soon as may be after it is made.
