Section Text

1) The 19 [Central Government] may appoint one or more Medical Inspectors of 20 [Emigrants at any portor airport] from which emigration is lawful or at any other place, and, where more that one are appointed, may apportion their respective duties, (2) Every Medical Inspector of Emigrants shall be a public servant walk in the meaning of the Indian Penal Code.
