Section Text

1) Every person owning land planted with rubber plants, whether such land is comprised in one estate or in more than one estate and whether it is situated wholly or partly in35[India], shall, before the expiry of one month from the date of commencement of this Act, apply to the Board to be registered as an owner in respect of each owned by him, (2) A registration once made shall continue in force until it is cancelled by the Board.
