Section Text

Every general court-martial shall, and every district or summary general court-martial may, be attended by a Judge Advocate, who shall be either an officer belonging to the department of the Chief Legal Adviser or if no such officer is available, an officer appraved by the Chief Legal Adviser or any of his deputies.
