Section Text

1[16. Fixation of prices for sale of coffee.--

(1) The Central Government may,2[* * *] by notification in the Official Gazette, fix the price or prices at which coffee may be sold wholesale or retail in the Indian market.

(2) No registered owner or licensed curer or dealer shall sell coffee wholesale or retail in the Indian market at a price or prices higher than the price or prices fixed under this section.]
