Section Text

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to impair theoperation 1 [of anyenactment] for the time being in force, respectingthe authority of an Advocate General 2 [***] to act with respectto any charity 3 [or ofthe Official Trustees Act, 1913] respectingthe vesting of property in trust for a charitable purpose in an OfficialTrustee.
